 Utility Invoice Validation Service
As part of our utility invoice validation service PH Energy Services will validate all your gas and electricity invoices in order to ensure that you have been billed correctly by your supplier. As gas and electricity contracts become more complex this can be a confusing and time consuming task for customers.
If we identify queries we will report these to you and raise and resolve the query with the supplier.
Reporting
The service also includes monthly reporting on energy consumption, forecasting, accrual reports and if appropriate site league tables. We can also provide reports to support your annual budgeting process and ongoing monthly comparisons to budget.
Our reports are compliant with the requirements of the CRC; the Government’s Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme.
Portfolio Management
PH Energy Service will manage all communication with suppliers in regards to your site acquisition and disposals. We will provide reports on the status of your portfolio at any point in time.
