Choosing a business gas supplier can be difficult, but the first step should be to understand what the suppliers offer and how they work. By doing a little research you could find yourself saving a lot of money.
Before you can make any savings on your business gas bill, you should understand the tariffs that they offer. Business gas tariffs can vary from about 2p to 6p per kilowatt hour. Business gas tariffs are also subject to two taxes – VAT and the Climate Change Levy (CCL) – so the rate that you are quoted might not necessarily be what you pay.
